Medix Biochemica is a global pioneer in high-quality raw materials for the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry. Our products enable faster, more reliable diagnostic solutions used worldwide — and now, we’re looking for a skilled Contract & Pricing Manager to help shape the commercial backbone of our business. About the Role:
As our Contract & Pricing Manager, you will take the lead in developing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements while driving global pricing strategies for our growing portfolio. This hybrid role is critical to ensuring contractual compliance, optimizing revenue, and supporting sustainable growth in the diagnostics market. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Regulatory, Finance, and Product teams to ensure optimal commercial outcomes. Having several stakeholders, good communication and co-operation skills together with can-do attitude and strategic approach is important for succeeding. We believe in winning together.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop global pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing.
• Support commercial negotiations with data-driven insights.
• Monitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with IVDR, GDPR, ISO 13485, and quality standards.
• Partner with internal teams across functions.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management and documentation.
• Maintain contract repository and track milestones.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Law, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in contract management and/or pricing.
• Strong understanding of B2B agreements and regulatory frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with financial modelling skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
• Relevant certifications (IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA, CPP).
• Experience in global pricing governance.
• Knowledge of IP and tech transfer in IVD.
