Role overview
The Corporate Partner Liaison is a commercially minded, customer-centric support role that sits at the heart of Medix Biochemica's Global Corporate Account team. Working in close partnership with the Global Corporate Account Managers (CAMs), this role ensures that the strategic and commercial efforts directed at Tier 1 IVD accounts are executed with precision, efficiency and professionalism.
This is not a passive administrative role. The Corporate Partner Liaison is a capable business professional who takes ownership of the operational and commercial support infrastructure that enables CAMs to remain focused on senior customer engagement and strategic growth. The Liaison serves as a trusted internal coordinator and external point of continuity for assigned corporate accounts, managing the flow of information, documentation, pricing, and inquiries across business units and customer contacts.
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Account Director, this role offers a meaningful pathway into a full Global Corporate Account Manager position for candidates who demonstrate the commercial acumen, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills to grow into that responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support & CAM Enablement
Serve as the primary operational support partner to assigned Global Corporate Account Managers, enabling them to maintain maximum focus on strategic customer engagement.
Manage and maintain accurate price files for assigned corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with agreed commercial frameworks and timely updates as required.
Coordinate and prepare responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), gathering cross-functional input and ensuring submissions are complete, accurate and on time.
Handle inbound customer inquiries across assigned accounts, including technical questions, documentation requests and product information, directing to appropriate internal colleagues where needed.
Support the preparation of customer-facing materials including account review presentations, Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, and strategic account summaries.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Support
Maintain a professional and responsive presence with customer contacts at the operational and procurement level, reinforcing Medix Biochemica's reputation for reliability and service excellence.
Act as a continuity point for assigned accounts during CAM travel or transitions, ensuring no gap in communication or service.
Support the onboarding of new customer contacts and sites within existing corporate accounts, coordinating introductions and initial documentation as needed.
Participate in customer calls and meetings where appropriate to build familiarity with account needs and support CAM-led discussions.
Product Escalations & Issue Resolution
Manage product escalations from initial customer contact through to resolution, coordinating with internal teams including quality, supply chain, technical support and operations.
Track the status of open issues and ensure timely, professional communication back to the customer throughout the resolution process.
Identify recurring patterns in customer inquiries or escalations and flag these to the CAM and relevant internal stakeholders as potential areas for process improvement.
Cross-functional Coordination
Act as an effective liaison between customers and internal colleagues across business units, facilitating clear and timely communication on commercial, technical and operational matters.
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, regulatory and technical teams to support account needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Support CAMs in maintaining CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and account documentation to the standards required for executive reporting.
Contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of internal account knowledge resources, ensuring the broader team has access to current account information.
Strategic Contribution & Development
Develop a working understanding of each assigned account's business priorities, procurement processes and product needs to provide increasingly proactive support over time.
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of account support workflows and propose solutions to the Senior Corporate Account Director.
Actively pursue product, industry and commercial knowledge to grow toward greater customer-facing responsibility within the Corporate Account team.
