Director, Product Management – Antibodies, Antigens, Proteins
Are you passionate about driving innovation and growth in the life sciences industry? Medix Biochemica is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our portfolio of antibodies, antigens, proteins, and enzymes within the IA business unit. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of the product lifecycle, from design and development to commercialization and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategy for the antibody, antigen, protein portfolio to accelerate business growth.
Take full ownership of portfolio performance, including sales budget, gross margin, product innovation, sourcing, pricing, marketing, and training.
Lead strategic planning and product marketing activities while actively supporting commercial initiatives and customer relationship development.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and R&D to identify and execute new business opportunities.
Monitor market and customer trends, communicate insights internally, and drive actions within the Product Management team.
Ensure customer-centric product lifecycle management across the portfolio.
Build strong partnerships with suppliers and expand the network.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Product Management team, fostering professional development and career growth.
Define team structure, responsibilities, and expectations to ensure high-level operational performance.
