Office Sales

The office sales is located in Guangzhou, China. The main responsibility is assisting the sales team to achieve the annual sales target and complete the assigned work.
Job description:
- Responsible for the classification, sorting, filing and storage of the sales related documents.
- Assist the sales to complete contract signing, product delivery management and payment collection and other related work.
- Responsible for the preparation and formulation of statistical statements and reports of the company's sales indicators and data.
- Responsible for collecting, sorting, and summarizing market information, products, competitive products and customers from sales and marketing personnel.
- Responsible for organizing meeting minutes related to sales and following up the to-do list.
- Complete other tasks assigned by national sales manager.
Job requirement：
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or related background.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in life sciences industries
- IVD related work experience will be a plus
- Passion and self-motivated, energetic, creative, results oriented, and be able to work under pressure and independently.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong will and ability to learn continuously.
